Maison Joseph Drouhin may be historic, but they haven’t shied away from modernization in pursuit of excellent wines; they’ve been officially organic within all of their vineyards as of 2009. This half-bottle of Chardonnay offers tremendous balance and brightness. Such a clean, straightforward expression of the variety that it’s almost like biting into a grape. Perfectly sized for a mid-week indulgence or a light pairing with your first course to kick off a long weekend.
