₱990
COD: TALTRTS20190750
The Taltarni T Series is a fresh range of premium wines for enjoying everyday moments . . . to a t.
Style: Our T Series Shiraz is sourced predominantly from Taltarni’s Pyrenees vineyard and other carefully selected sites across Victoria.
Tasting Notes: The 2019 T-Series Shiraz boasts an aroma of dark forest fruit with notes of light spices. These aromas transition to the palate via flavours of red berries and cassis, with a hint of oak that lingers in a luscious finish. Drink now or age for up to 5 years.
Region: Victoria, Australia
Variety: Shiraz 100%
Vintage: In 2019, a dry winter and early spring allowed a long growing season in the Pyrenees that produced full-flavoured red wines. With just enough rain throughout the season, the vines produced fruit rich in concentration and full of flavour.
Winemaking: The fruit was harvested and placed directly into open-top fermenters. Natural fermentation commenced and was held on its skins for 8 days, before being pressed to oak barrels. Aged in French barriques, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation and was allowed to age with minimal intervention prior to bottling.
Wine Analysis: Acid: 5.9g/L | pH: 3.58 | Alcohol by volume: 14.5% | Residual Sugar: Dry | Winemaker: Robert Heywood & Peter Warr
Food Match: Pair with barbequed sausages or charcuterie and cheese.
Cellaring: Drink now or cellar for 3 – 5 years.

ANGELS’ SHARE, a gorgeous silky rich Shiraz, appealing to angels and mortals alike since the 2000 vintage.
2022 Angel’s Share flows from the bottle with colours of magenta to black. Interesting aromas of dried herbs, fresh mint, clove, coffee, chocolate and sauteed plums.
"The rich and powerful fruits burst out of the gate, setting up the palate. This initial burst creates a wave of juice and long fruits which are slowly reined in by the broad tannins. this wine is a little bit too easy to drink, it announces itself and then gives you a whole hearted effort, the creaminess of the fruit holds the succulent mouthfeel and the tannins have a lovely brightness to the effortless finish. This is a wine that will offer loads of immediate pleasure and will also age for the moderate term under optimal cellaring conditions." - MT

when you pick up the bottle, reminding you that
wines should be approachable and of course… fun.
McLaren Vale is the birthplace of South Australia’s wine industry and home to some of the world’s oldest vineyards.
Shiraz is the most important varietal for McLaren Vale; generous, plum-mulberry fruit profiles, sometimes chocolate/mocha characters with notes of earth and spice and soft, supple tannins.

James Halliday "Open-fermented, destemmed, some whole bunch, pumpovers, 16 days on skins, matured for 17 months in French oak (14% new). The bouquet is fragrant, the wine no more than medium-bodied, and well balanced courtesy of fresh red and dark fruits. It's not often that tannins decide the all-up quality of a Barossa Valley shiraz, but they do in this instance."

Gary Walsh (The Wine Front) "Six wines in the ‘Garden Series’, all conveniently colour coded for ease of identification. From a range of sub-regions including Blewitt Springs, Clarendon, McLaren Flat, Seaview, Tatachilla, and Willunga Hills, which probably just about covers McLaren Vale!
Richness of blue fruits and chocolate, a little beefy and saline, some gum leaf/mint in there also. Full-bodied, black and blue fruit, again pretty beefy, with some pressed flowers, and a solid finish with some red fruits poking through."

The Holy Grail Shiraz comes from our Estate Single Vineyard in the sub-region of Seppeltsfield, in the Barossa Valley.
The first part of this site was purchased in 2008 and included 52 acres of vacant land. The vision was to wait until resources permitted and plant this Ares of land as specifically as possible. Just before the 2015 vintage a further 37 acres of land were purchased, which included 16 acres of established Shiraz vines. This vineyard produced 27 tonnes in its first vintage, with fruit going into My Hands, Ares, Single Vineyard and a few barrels to Bella’s garden.
Two Hands Picture Series Gnarly Dudes 1.5L 2021
Red Wine - Australia
₱3,990
COD: THGNSH20211500
Burgundy dark colour, strong tannins and acidity against soft sweetness. Taste of cherry, blackberry, strawberries and walnuts. Well balanced, tasty wine.
Deep impenetrable black in colour, with lovely lifted notes of olive, violets, black currant, blood plum and fresh raspberries.
The palate shows pure rich and ripe fruits. It holds an amazing depth and persistence, continuing to roll and roll along with long finish. With a fine line of concentrated dark fruits, this is yum plus. Lip-smacking is the best way to describe the sensation. As always with Gnarly Dudes the secret to soft and velvety tannins stem straight from the magic of Barossa Valley fruit itself. The tannins are the focus of the late palate here, defined, proud and succulent.
Tasting Notes: Lifted notes of vibrant berries, dark chocolate, anise & hints of purple flowers. The palate is generous and supple with great complexity, heavy tannin and a brilliant long length.
Style./ ariety: Shiraz
ABV: 14.4%

“I was always taught that Cabernet Sauvignon was a classical, structured and well mannered wine, but in our wonderful McLaren Vale Mediterranean climate we make it rich, brooding and powerful, underpinned by boundless energy. We call it our Sexy Beast, inspired by the cult classic movie starring Sir Ben Kingsley” MT
An elegant cascade of fruity notes delights the palate, unveiling its layers in a graceful dance, gradually embracing it with the rich essence of dark fruits. I am enamored by the vitality and restrained vigor that characterize this wine. As it unfolds, a subtle stoniness and mineral essence emerge, lending a sophisticated dryness to the late palate. This Cabernet Sauvignon is a delightful exploration of the varietal's potential, seamlessly harmonizing its elements. Its gravity and poised structure command attention, offering a tantalizing interplay of tannins that are both assertive and lusciously ripe, with a hint of intriguing bitterness. This journey of flavors promises a prolonged pleasure, beckoning for patient cellaring.
